Mechanical engineering

Material preparation
Approved plates and structural components are prepared for fan casing, impeller and base fabrication.
Forming & welding
Casing, impeller and support assemblies are formed, fitted and welded to the approved construction.
Dynamic balancing
Rotating components are checked and corrected before final assembly and inspection.
Assembly & alignment
The fan, motor, drive, guards and accessories are assembled with interfaces and alignment checked.
Inspection & delivery
