Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact, company, project, operating-condition and service information you choose to provide. The form is intended for business communications and industrial fan selection or support.
How we use it
We use the information to review your request, route it to the appropriate sales or after-sales team, send a confirmation to the email address you provide, respond to you, prepare a technical recommendation and coordinate related service. We do not use the inquiry form to sell personal information.
Who receives it
Sales inquiries are routed to sales@jsbst.com.cn. After-sales requests are routed to service@jsbst.com.cn. An email-delivery provider processes the notification and confirmation messages. Technical, manufacturing or service colleagues may review the information when necessary to respond to the request.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is retained only as reasonably needed for project communication, contractual, service and legal purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your inquiry information, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements, by emailing info@jsbst.com.cn.
