Large industrial centrifugal fan supported through its operating lifecycle

Consulting & Service

Support from first duty point to stable operation.

Clear operating data, coordinated engineering and responsive after-sales communication help keep industrial fan projects moving.

Project process

Engineering steps with a clear handoff.

We align the fan with the process and the physical installation before the order moves into manufacturing.

01

Understand the duty

We collect airflow, pressure, medium, temperature, operating schedule, site conditions and required standards.

02

Select & configure

The fan concept, materials, drive, arrangement, motor, control and accessories are matched to the project.

03

Coordinate the interfaces

Dimensions, foundation, duct connections, electrical needs, controls and service access are documented.

04

Support operation

Installation guidance, remote troubleshooting, repair and improvement support are coordinated as required.

Services

Practical support for industrial fan systems.

Remote and field support are coordinated according to project location, access and service requirements.

01

Technical selection

Duty-point review, pressure classification and configuration recommendations.

02

Project documentation

Technical data, arrangement drawings and interface coordination for the approved scope.

03

Installation guidance

Drawing-, manual- and video-based support to help teams prepare and install the fan.

04

Troubleshooting

Structured review of vibration, temperature, airflow, control and operating-condition issues.

05

Large-fan repair

Assessment, component replacement, impeller repair and recommissioning support for large industrial fans.

06

Vibration & balancing

Operating-data review, vibration improvement and impeller dynamic-balancing service.

Frequently asked questions

Prepare the right information before contacting us.

Clear data helps the sales engineering or after-sales team respond more efficiently.

What information is needed for a new fan selection?

Please provide the application, normal and maximum airflow and pressure, temperature, gas or dust characteristics, operating schedule, installation conditions, power supply and any required standards.

What should be included in an after-sales request?

Include the model or serial number, commissioning date, issue description, recent operating data and clear photos or video when available.

Can BEST review high-temperature, corrosive or explosion-protected duty?

Yes. These conditions require an application review. Please identify the maximum temperature, medium composition, hazardous-area classification and the applicable certification basis.

Are drawings and technical documents available?

Project documentation is issued for the approved fan configuration and order scope. Available formats and document timing are confirmed during the project.

Can an existing fan or system be reviewed?

Yes. Provide the nameplate data, current duty point, system changes, vibration or temperature observations and the reason for the review.
